Exchange Policy
New, flexible exchange policy: Exchanges are allowed up until 7 days prior to the original ticket date.
Worried about weather? Still finalizing plans? Reserve a spot now, exchange later as needed. Exchanges are subject to a $10 fee per transaction (not per ticket); fee applies to members and nonmembers. Please contact the Customer Call Center at (847) 835-6801 to process exchanges.

Select dates, November 15, 2024 – January 5, 2025
Ticket entry times are 4:30 – 9:15 p.m., every 15 minutes
Event hours: Each day, the Garden will close at 3 p.m.
and reopen for ticketed guests only at 4 p.m.
Botanical gardens
Lightscape is closed on select Mondays and Tuesdays, on Thanksgiving, and on December 24 and 25.
Lightscape times are 4:30 – 11 p.m., last entry at 9:30 p.m.; Garden closes every night at 11 p.m. On November 27, Lightscape will close early at 9 p.m.
